At NEXCO Highway Solutions of America Inc., we are proud to be the U.S. subsidiary of NEXCO-Central, one of Japan's largest toll road operators. With offices in Irving and Houston, Texas, we provide road management solutions to municipalities and public agencies throughout Texas and Oklahoma.
Our services are built on more than 60 years of road operation and maintenance experience accumulated by NEXCO-Central in Japan. By combining this extensive background with advanced AI technology and the expertise of our in-house civil engineers, we deliver accurate, reliable, and practical solutions for real-world infrastructure management.
Our Smart Pavement Management System (SPM) is an AI-powered pavement assessment service designed to make pavement condition data easy to understand, affordable, and actionable for local governments. AI-generated assessment results are rigorously reviewed and validated by our in-house civil engineers to ensure accuracy and reliability. Clients receive comprehensive deliverables, including pavement condition data, road images captured every 33 feet, an intuitive GIS map, and a technical report that supports informed decision-making.
Since launching our service in 2020, we have conducted more than 50 projects in Texas and Oklahoma. Our services include SPM-PCI analysis, SPM-IRI analysis, deterioration prediction, and budget simulation to support data-driven pavement management. Through these services, we help our clients make better decisions by providing objective, easy-to-understand pavement condition information.
